We know its a pain, but we ask that you please read all of the rules to make sure you are familiar with how we are operating within the venue and how we handle bookings.
Payment will be taken & remain on pending until approved by venue via email. If you no longer wish to proceed with your booking after inquiring, the payment will then be released back to you.
House Rules
In accordance with the new guidelines we are undertaking the following measures to keep the pub a safe and enjoyable environment:
- Please do not move the tables, they have been set for social distancing.
- Toilets, please respect social distancing, washrooms will be cleaned regularly.
- Please be respectful of our staff and the systems they have to manage.
- Every team member has undergone a Covid-19 awareness course prior to reopening.
- Hand sanitising stations are available in all staff and customer areas.
- We are not having any standing drinking. All drinks can be consumed at seated tables of a maximum of 6 guests.
- Where queueing is necessary we ask all guests to respect and adhere to the 1m distancing guidelines.
- We are accepting cash and card payments, payment machines will be cleaned regularly.
- We ask that children are sat and supervised at all times.
Booking Rules
- We will hold the table for 15 mins only on the night, after this window your reservation will be lost and you will be charged a fee, this applies even if we are able to seat you.
- You can’t bring any more than the number of guests you have booked for, extra guests will be turned away.
- You will be charged the no-show fee for any guests that do not turn up on the day, you must let us know in advance of any changes to your group size.
- Children of any age count as 1 person e.g. 3 adults and a baby is a group of 4.
- There is a 24hr cancellation period. upon cancellation a refund will be issued, this will take between 10-15 days to reach your account.
- Please adhere to government guidelines when booking. It is your responsibility to maintain social distancing rules whilst in our establishment.
